Ahhhh. Fer-day. Finally. this has been a long week and the great weather makes it really hard to be sitting seven floors up - in a climate controlled environment. There is no doubt how much the NW rocks in the spring an summer. I personally think it rocks year round, but out of towners get fairly whiny on the weather come January.

This link is for party marty. The raptor shows off at boeing, they manufacture the wings and some other stuff.

You think your household disinfectant is powerful - how about a 6 mile wide metorite. Now that is heavy stuff:

"A team of U.S. scientists said Thursday they believe the Bedout (pronounced beh-DOO) crater is where a 6-mile-wide meteorite hit, triggering the Permian-Triassic extinction that erased about 90% of marine and 70% of land species."

I am not sure who this girl singer is but I love the advice to Britney Spears. Cracks Me Up!

Speaking of Hong. He pulled a classic move today. He has a penchant for pushing items very slowly off the desk of a member of our team. Today it was a full beer bottle and the impact busted the bottle and shot beer all over her cube. He is going to get a raise for that move. Good show Hong.

Most know I tend to be a little paranoid about random things and reports like this don't help at all. Now we have to look out for the dust in our house being toxic???? LAME. We are looking to pull the old carpert and pad out from upstairs here soon so I will make sure to get hte HEPA filter rockin on high and dust masks for me and the family. Do they make pomeranian sized masked. I may have to call in my buddy "the Hong" to invent one.

Well. As a professional watcher of the news I have to say the job is getting a little rough now days. Eveyday developments across the world are getting more disturbing, from the assasination to the Chechen president, the security fears going into the Olympics, the constant stream of badness from Isreal and the occupied territories and of course the mess in Iraq. Yesterday we learned the POW abuse issue had hit a new high as an american in custody of radical islamists had been killed, supposedly in response to the treatment of prisoners at Abu Grahib. Most of the Arab countries have condemmed this act and right identified it doesn't help their cause at all. Their cause being the the abuse by American soldiers of captive Iraqis. They have worldwide attention and sympathy and now that is out the window with a small group of radicals killing innocents in the name of Islam. The most unfortunate thing I see from this whole cycle is the loss of face and integrity from all groups, Arabs and Americans alike. How can we end the cycle before we look back ten years from now, still dealing with the horrors we have today?
